Children & Infants

Crysta can assist with:

Crysta has an interest in attachment and has completed training at the Parent Infant Research Institute Melbourne in mother-infant interactions and pre and postnatal anxiety and depression. Crysta has also completed training in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).

Teenagers

Adolescence is a special time in life. Crysta enjoys supporting young people who might be struggling with:

  • emotion regulation

  • bullying, and peer relationships

  • worry, social anxiety, perfectionism, OCD

  • identity, gender, and sexuality

  • school, sports, recreational achievement

Crysta has completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy which has a focus on emotion regulation and interpersonal skills. Crysta has also completed the Tuning into Teens training focusing on the parent-teen relationship.

Family

We exist in relationship. Our network and supports are a large part of our mental health and wellbeing. Crysta takes a family systems approach to support couples, parents, and families.

Crysta has completed Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 training.
